The cost is $50 ($30 SOE Alumni membership fee + $20 recording fee).  Payment can be made via PayPal to soealumni@gmail.com.  Please select “Friends & Family” when making a payment.

If you’re not an IRA member yet, complete the following membership form:  http://mnrivera1.com/Guam_IRA_MEMBER_APP-2020.pdf and submit your $25 payment via PayPal to  iraguam@gmail.com.  Si Yu’os Ma’ase’!
