Guam IRA members celebrated their first virtual Read-A-Thon Kick Off on February 6, 2021 with an exciting Flight RAT 2021, TikTok entry voting, raffles, and meaningful literacy presentations by guest authors Makiia Lucier and Frank Candaso. The theme of this year's Read-A-Thon is "Reading Takes You Everywhere!" Lucier and Candaso shared inspirational insights of their writing experiences, celebrity book readings, and other ideas to spark the imagination and enjoyment of all.
